We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Specialist - International Strategy!

Experience & Qualifications

What You Will do:

  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate international market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
  • Support the development and execution of Pratt & Whitney’s country and regional strategies, aligning with enterprise and business unit priorities.
  • Prepare strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with regional offices, government relations, business development, finance, and program teams to ensure cohesive global strategies.
  • Track and assess geopolitical developments, trade policies, and industrial participation frameworks that affect Pratt & Whitney’s international footprint.
  • Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects and enterprise-level planning cycles.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, Operations, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, international market analysis, or Global Government Relations (aerospace/defense sector preferred); OR an Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, Operations, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, international market analysis, or Global Government Relations (aerospace/defense sector preferred).

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MPP, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience working in a global organization or across international markets.
  • Understanding of aerospace and defense industry trends, government relations, and industrial cooperation frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
