Technical Project Manager

Position Description:

We are seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager, referred to internally as a Delivery Lead, to strengthen our team. The Delivery Lead plays a key role in coordinating and managing the delivery of applications, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses solid project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects within deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, closely collaborating with developers, designers, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure clear alignment of project objectives, requirements, and expectations among all parties involved.
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and identify risks and issues that may affect delivery.
• Facilitate daily meetings, sprint planning sessions, and other agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Effectively manage project budgets and resources, resolving any issues that arise during the project.
• Communicate project status and progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in the development and implementation of applications.
• Provide guidance and support to the development team to ensure high productivity and morale.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a similar role, preferably in software development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience with project management tools such as Jira & Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Ability to motivate and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.

Preferred:

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile/Scrum (e.g., Scrum Master).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Familiarity with software development tools and technologies.
• Experience working with various stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Experience managing technical projects with an understanding of technical requirements and constraints.
• Language: French, Dutch, English.
