Director of Mental Health Services

Are you a compassionate leader with a vision for mental health care? Catholic Charities New Hampshire (CCNH) is seeking a Director of Mental Health Services to develop, implement, monitor the effectiveness and supervise the delivery of clinical services to children and adults so as to enhance their social and psychological functioning both as individuals and as members of family units. The Director of Mental Health Services may also provide information, referral and advocacy services to families and individuals. 

Responsibilities

· Lead the planning, delivery, and quality of our mental health services

· Supervise and support a team of clinical professionals

· Develop new programs that respond to community needs

· Collaborate across departments to align services with agency goals

· Oversee department budgets and explore new funding opportunities

· Ensure compliance, performance standards, and accurate reporting

· Maintain a caseload and serve as a resource for complex cases

· Represent the agency at community events and internal initiatives

· Manage hiring, performance, and professional development for your team

Requirements

· Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

· Licensed to practice in New Hampshire (Board of Psychology and Mental Health)

· At least 5 years of clinical and supervisory experience

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Valid driver’s license
