Job Description<p>Le Laboratoire GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) recherche un(e) Opérateur/trice Senior de Production H/F en CDD pour le département aseptique dans le cadre d'un nouveau projet pour son site de production basé à Saint-Amand les Eaux (59).<br/><br/>A propos du poste : </p><p></p><p>Mission principale : Assurer les opérations de production dans le respect des standards Qualité, des règles EHS et des objectifs de productivité</p><ul><li>EHS : Respecter le port des Equipements de Protection Individuelle (EPI)</li><li>Qualité : Assurer la traçabilité en renseignant en temps réel les documents d’enregistrement conformément aux procédures et aux Bonnes Pratiques Documentaires</li><li>Délais : Réaliser les opérations de production dans les délais impartis pour satisfaire le client</li></ul><p></p><p>Activités générales : </p><ul><li>Réaliser les opérations de production sur les équipements simples ou non critiques et en connaître le fonctionnement de base</li><li>Alimenter les différents équipements en composants intermédiaires</li><li>Réaliser les vides de lignes selon les procédures en vigueur</li><li>Connaitre les fonctions de base de SAP et les utiliser</li><li>Proposer des actions d’amélioration liées à son activité</li><li>Transmettre aux autres opérateurs sa maîtrise et ses connaissances techniques du process et des procédures</li><li>Participer au bon climat social de l’équipe</li><li>Assurer le flux correct des matières premières, articles et du matériel selon les procédures au sein du département</li></ul><p></p><p>Votre profil </p><p></p><ul><li>Formation souhaitée : Bac ou expérience équivalente</li><li>Expérience souhaitée : 1 an minimum comme Opérateur de Production en industrie </li><li>Compétences techniques : Connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication</li><li>Valeurs et comportements : Intégrité/Discipline, respect, focus patient, transparence, esprit d’équipe, rigueur et précision, organisation, communication, flexibilité</li></ul><p>Why Us?</p><p>GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organization where people can thrive.
