We are looking for a Senior professional to join the IT Business Engagement team within the Information Technology Services department at Deloitte Greece, working in a Hybrid mode. The candidate will support business functions in the adoption of IT services/applications, in line with company procedures and policies.
The IT Business Engagement Management Senior Consultant will be part of the IT Business Engagement Management team, reporting to the IT Business Engagement Manager.
During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Build and nurture relationships and exercise your communication skills to positively influence internal stakeholders (business functions);
• Share the IT strategy with business stakeholders, and vice versa, in order to manage business initiatives, with a focus on efficiency and Deloitte compliance, within agreed timelines;
• Understanding the internal stakeholders' needs and constantly monitoring whether the service level meets business expectations;
• Successfully managing issues raised by internal stakeholders to initiate corrective actions, if necessary;
• Commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth;
• Share knowledge and experience with peers and stakeholders, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.
