We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Tampa. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and acting as a trusted liaison between the client and our internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions

• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver client requirements

• Track client account activity and communicate progress regularly

• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally

• Gather feedback to improve services and ensure client satisfaction

• Prepare reports on account status and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
