As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be a trusted technical advisor, strategic problem-solver, and polished communicator supporting both the pre-sales lifecycle and the long-term success of Sirona’s enterprise imaging customers. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Deployment, Security, and Engineering teams to define innovative, secure, and scalable solutions for healthcare providers.

You will engage with advanced prospects and key accounts to craft compelling solution strategies grounded in both clinical workflows and enterprise IT realities. This role requires a strong understanding of imaging technologies, healthcare infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the evolving landscape of clinical informatics.    This role reports to the Chief Revenue/Growth Officer and involves travel -  up to 50%, including occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Solutioning & Architecture

• Serve as the technical lead and solution architect in complex sales cycles, helping prospects and customers design future-ready imaging platforms.
• Drive technical discovery sessions and shape architectures that align with clinical workflows, EHR environments, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and stakeholder workshops with credibility and clarity.

Security & Compliance Leadership

• Participate in detailed security reviews and infosec questionnaires; articulate Sirona’s cloud-native architecture, security controls, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Liaise with internal security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource on cybersecurity trends, cloud risk mitigation, and imaging data governance.

Customer Engagement & Industry Awareness

• Collaborate with existing customers to identify success patterns, understand implementation challenges, and surface best practices that inform future deployments.
