At our Cascades facility in Vaughan, ON you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Customer Service Representative:

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Ensure quick and efficient handling of needs or orders to satisfy customers and suppliers.
• Follow up on orders or needs from initial handling to delivery or conclusion.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions by collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Plan deliveries by coordinating inventory status and order shipments to align with business partners' capacity.

 

Requirements:
 

• Possess an analytical mind and an interest in continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate rigor and a customer-centric approach.
• Exhibit strong collaboration skills with representatives from various internal and external departments.
