Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing  firm. The BDR will focus on lead generation, outbound prospecting, and qualification of potential clients in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and web tools
  
• Outbound Prospecting: Execute cold calls, email outreach, and social selling to initiate first contact and spark interest in our IT staffing services
  
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads, understanding staffing needs, tech focus, and decision-making criteria
  
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule intro calls between qualified leads and senior Account Managers
  
• CRM Management: Keep CRM records updated, logging touchpoints and tracking pipeline stages accurately
  
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with prep work for meetings, follow-ups, and proposal documentation
  
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, tech hiring demands, and competitor positioning
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, business development, customer success, or lead generation
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Basic familiarity with tech roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts) — full training will be provided
  
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
  
• Organized, independent, and goal-oriented
  
• Proficiency in CRM platforms is an advantage (e.g., Bullhorn, or similar
