We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team! As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all Global Commercial Operations’ (GCO) process activities, including sales operations process improvement, commercial systems solution analyzation, and leading process harmonization, integration, and documentation across the Commercial Operations organization for the GCO M&A integrations program.

You will be guiding process & improvements of commercial systems and operations integrations within a current carveout and future integration programs. You will participate as the business focused analyst in both the Norstella Commercial Operations and Norstella (IT) Technology carveout workstreams, including working with the Norstella PMI project managers, to deliver Commercial business goal driven integration initiatives within the company's overall M&A program. You will be a member of Norstella's GCO M&A Integrations team reporting to the Sr Director of Integrations Operations. As a strategic process expert in an entrepreneurial action biased team, you will flex your organizational and analytical skills augmenting team roles as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Researches, analyzes, and recommends changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies
  • Collects and studies operational team performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develops process documentation and project plans, including system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation
  • Creates flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams
  • Supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during projects' design and implementation phases
  • Function as a liaison between M&A Integrations team, Commercial Systems, and Commercial users employing both business acumen and technical expertise
  • A specialist on complex technical and business matters especially pertaining to M&A harmonization & integration of disparate Commercial operations
  • Work is highly independent and may assume a team lead role for the work group
  • And other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Demonstrated progressive relevant experience and an understanding of sales operations
  • Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Salesforce experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, project management and organizational skills.
  • Bias toward action.
  • SaaS and B2B experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years experience

Bonus points if you have experience in:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions in a global setting
  • Influencing without authority at all levels of an organization from individual contributors to C-Suite

Travel: Less than 25%

Location: Remote 100%
