About The Role

Schumacher is seeking a dynamic, personable and analytical Growth Associate to join our Growth team. This role will play a critical part in driving our revenue growth strategy and execution by analyzing data, coordinating across teams, and ensuring effective project management. The ideal candidate will be curious, hands-on, willing to learn new things, eager to find new ideas, excited about revenue growth, able to overcome obstacles, and interested in the Interior Design industry.

The typical day will include analyzing national and regional sales trends, identifying new and creative ways to increase revenue, projecting potential growth from specific initiatives, coordinating projects with sales and marketing teams, and sharing updates with the executive team. Example projects could be: helping to roll out new physical locations, building acquisition strategies for new customer segments, developing distribution plans for new marketing or sales tools, and more!

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Drive incremental revenue for the business by supporting cross-functional initiatives to increase existing revenue growth or to identify new sources of revenue led by the Associate Director of the Growth team
  • Work directly with key leadership, including the CEO, NA President, Creative Director, head of marketing, product, operations, merchandising etc. to execute across strategic revenue growth initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including communicating with key stakeholders, meeting project milestones, and troubleshooting problems independently
  • Utilize a results-minded approach to prioritize and execute various revenue growth projects
  • Be passionate about driving growth and empowered to recommend new strategic ways of boosting revenue

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data and research to identify opportunities to grow existing revenue channels or create new revenue sources
  • Lead fact-finding, analysis, and reporting to measure progress and success of various growth initiatives
  • Establish reporting metrics to track the success of various marketing channels and campaigns
  • Transform data-driven analysis into digestible insights for senior management and other stakeholders

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders from cross-functional teams to ensure collaborative efforts in achieving growth initiative goals
  • Act as a channel to communicate across cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, operations, etc.
  • Regularly communicate progress of growth initiatives to relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-through on project deliverables
  • Effectively share project updates and outcomes with all relevant parties, including executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field or 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, business-oriented job
  • Highly skilled in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Passionate about driving revenue growth in a fast-paced work
