The Maintenance Planner Team Leader will prioritize, plan, schedule and follow-up on accuracy of the job plan for all planned (Preventive PM and Predictive PM maintenance) activities. They will be proactive, optimize workforce productivity, direct Maintenance team activities and minimize downtime by managing the planning with one week or more advance lead times.

In performance of these duties the planner has the following responsibilities:

• Maintain the complete master parts list, to include linking the list to Colgate Standard parts list in SAP 

• Review all planned work requests from the assigned area and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority.

• Reviews work request for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work, correct equipment identification, and discuss details with the originator.

• Develop the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion in Augmentir. 

• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) in SAP/Augmentir PM module. 

• Work with local programmers to ensure the parts list is accessible in Augmentir.

• Support in the development of the maintenance module in Augmentir. 

• Assist the maintenance staff as needed.

• Follows Colgate-Palmolive guidelines related to Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Regulatory within area of responsibility.

• Appropriates materials for planned maintenance activities.

• Provides equipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving preventive and predictive activities.
