The Senior Manager, Global TdC Analysis conducts in-depth analysis of Total Delivery Cost (TdC) by vehicles. This role collaborates closely with eight global regional plants to enhance analysis, achieve cost-saving targets by region, and ensure operational optimization. The incumbent is responsible for generating ideas, leading concept development, proving concepts, and facilitating global/regional adoption.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead by influence and to strategically optimize regional TdC with close collaboration with regional finances and cross functional divisions.
- Proactively assess any opportunities for costing savings opportunities, productivity enhancement, and inbound logistic optimization.
- Enhance analytic tool for TdC and develop TdC global database based on established global standard procedures.
- Document and manage all TdC related reports and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
- Lead efforts to and train regional finance working level management to attain accurate TdC reporting for management decision making.
- Spearhead ideation on manufacturing process and cost improvement and promote cost savings for regions.
- Promote active regional collaboration and engagement through effective project management and data backed presentations.
Authority
- Direct meetings with cross-functional team in global regions.
- Represent the Global Profit Optimization as one of key analytic team members.
- Responsible to lead annual target and reconcile/validate roadmap provided by regions.
Education
~ Bachelor’s degree required.~ Master’s degree a plusRelated Experience
- Eight or more years of costing/finance experience.
- Experience in Vehicle Cost preferred.
- Experience in OEM productivity analysis preferred.
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong data management and statistical analysis/reporting.
- Experience utilizing Tableau/BI tools.
- ERP experience preferably in SAP preferred.
Certification
- Project Management Certification preferred.

Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
