General Laborer
Location: 1445 Dufek Drive, Manitowoc, WI 54220
Monday – Thursday, 3 pm – 1 am.

Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to jump into a variety of shop tasks? We're looking for a General Laborer to support our production team with essential shop and machine support work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly, and understands the importance of keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

As a General Laborer, you’ll rotate through multiple duties—from using lifting devices to stock machines, to assisting with shipping/receiving, and keeping the shop clean and organized. You’ll also support our Machine Operators, so flexibility and a team mindset are key.

Tasks include:

• Operate lifting equipment (cranes, pallet jacks, forklifts)
• Perform basic janitorial duties and clean-up
• Assist with shipping/receiving and shop upkeep
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to inspect parts
• Identify and tag parts, record data, and report equipment issues

What You Bring:

• No experience required—in fact, this role is perfect if you’re looking for an entrance into manufacturing!
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic shop instructions
• Comfortable using basic tools and measuring devices
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
