Come join the world's leading human capital management software company on this mission! <br/><br/>Our Talent business unit is seeking to hire a versatile Senior Product Operations Manager with a wide range of skills from team communication, project coordination, and program analysis to contribute to the growth of our cutting edge Talent solutions. This role is instrumental in driving efficient, impactful product and program operations across Talent Product Management, including Workday Recruiting, Learning, Talent Optimization and more.<br/><br/>The role will report directly to the Vice President of Product Management for Talent products.<p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p></p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><p></p><p><span>Leadership Advisory</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Acts as a strategic advisor to the VP of Product Management and proactively identifies operating improvements for Talent Product Management, including making recommendations for programs decisions and employee engagement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Runs staff meetings for Talent Product Management leadership team and extended organization, including assisting with content development</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fosters cohesion and connectedness across the leadership team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborates on program and organization-wide goals, including OKRs and resourcing, to ensure we’re driving toward results and set up for success</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitates quarterly product &amp; business review presentations to standardize select areas and share the key messages on performance, execution and planning by program</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Product Management Empowerment</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Keeps Product Management informed of release management processes and milestones, and leads organization to navigate process changes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manages tools and executes programs that drive efficiency for our Product team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintains and provides a Product Management Resource Center on Confluence</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leads Product Management in identifying and gaining consensus with peer organizations to deliver interdependent features</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Cross-Functional Partnership</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Works hand-in-hand with broader Product &amp; Technology to drive ad-hoc projects while ensuring alignment across Product Management, Development and other teams </span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborates across job functions (e.g. Development, Product Management, Quality Assurance and Documentation) and across the organization, with a heavy emphasis on working with Product Managers and their specific deliverables across the business</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinates work across pillars or cross-functional teams, both on requesting end and receiving end, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing product</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborates with peer Product Operation Managers to promote and deliver consistent processes and messaging across the Talent business unit as well as the broader Product &amp; Technology organization</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Customer alignment</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Collaborates with the leadership teams and Go-to-Market partners to perform analyses including pipeline health, adoption rate, and customer needs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provides insights on customer feature usage metrics to product leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provides customer community brainstorm insights to product leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span>Tracks Workday customer product commitments</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p></p><p>Basic Qualifications</p><ul><li><p><span>A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Analyst,
