UMA is a nonprofit healthcare educational institution with a national presence. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida and founded in 1994, UMA offers content-rich, interactive online programs as well as hands-on training at our Clearwater, Florida campus.

Purpose of the Position:

The Manager of Marketing Traffic and Production ensures the timely and successful execution of creative projects by coordinating with cross-functional marketing teams. This role directs project schedules, resources, and communication to meet stakeholders' objectives, and delivers high-quality marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Oversee Creative Projects: Manage all aspects of creative projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with the institution's goals and objectives.
  2. Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, writers, video producers, marketing directors, and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution.
  3. Manage Project Schedules: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing initiatives. Prioritize projects based on critical impact on the business needs.
  4. Resource Allocation: Allocate and deploy resources effectively to meet project demands and optimize team productivity.
  5. Track Progress: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, implement solutions to keep projects on track and to avert or mitigate project risks.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
  8. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of funds and adherence to financial constraints.
  9. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and outcomes to inform strategic decision-making.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years creative production and traffic experience with internal creative team or agency.
  • Knowledge and experience with Monday.com or other project management software platforms.
  • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.

Preferred Requirements:

  • B2B Production and traffic experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams, Ziflow and Bynder (DAM).
  • Vendor relationship management – freelance and agency.
  • Experience with the healthcare education industry.
