Department Overview: This role is supporting the Process and Procedure Factory which is part of Program Eagle. The Process and Procedure factory is responsible for completing a one-time uplift for all of the Processes and Procedures across AMCB to ensure they are documented consistently, end to end, in accordance with our new standards and aligned to our Process and Product taxonomy. While completing the uplift, the factory is also responsible for documenting all applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations, Policies, Standards, Risks, Controls, Procedures, Process Maps, Business Capabilities, Assets and EUCs. This role will be a part of a pod working in sprints to deliver the new Process and Procedure Documentation into the official book of record. Specifically, the primary responsibility of this role will be to document the process and all linked components in ARIS in accordance with the new standard. As part of the application process, an assessment will be administered to ensure you are able to demonstrate your ability to execute on the primary responsibilities of the role.

Analyzes current business processes and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement, increase operational efficiency, provide business line project support, develop and maintain metrics/service level reporting and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned units.

Depth & Scope:
- Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required.
- Leads a team of professionals and may be accountable for leading projects within a business area
- Ensures communication, implementation and/or training plans that are identified and detailed in order to implement projects and/or business initiatives
- Responsible for 25 processes of medium complexity
- Understands and contributes to the achievement of business strategy, goals and objectives
- Identifies and recommends process improvements and/or automation opportunities to enhance the productivity and operational efficiency of the business
- Gathers, prioritizes and explains user requirements to support project activities, process improvements, systems development, etc.
- Serves as a consultant, providing advice, business expertise, and recommendations on business and/or operational processes
- Prioritizes and manages his/her own workload, and possibly the workload of others, in order to deliver quality results and meets pre-determined timelines
- Represents the business and provides coordination within the business, with external service providers and other areas within the bank, on high risk/impact, major projects, and/or operational processes
- Uses project management software / tools and applicable templates to prepare documentation, tracks, monitors and reports information, and maintains database(s) as applicable
