deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Lead Operator in Huntsville, AL.

Position Description:

The Lead Operator's primary responsibility is to schedule operators for all HWIL systems, including UEWR, CD, SBX, and AN/TPY-2, during integration and test activities. The successful candidate will ensure that all stations are adequately covered for the duration of each test by contacting and coordinating with available operators. Additionally, the Lead Operator maintains the list of operator certifications to match skill sets with operational needs.

When scheduling requires, the Lead Operator is also capable of operating HWIL radar systems to support testing, training, and integration runs. The Lead Operator will be responsible for updating logs and reporting anomalies in End of Day Reports.

Furthermore, the Lead Operator coordinates and schedules cross-training of operators to achieve a flexible and skilled team, enhancing overall operational capability.

Education Requirements:

Vocational school certification or an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a computer related subject

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in computer operations

Applicant selected must have an active Secret/IT-1 level security clearance. (See DOD 5200.2–R). Must be a U.S. Citizen.
