Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Mankato Clinic is seeking a Master’s level Social Worker with child/adolescent experience. Licensed Graduate Social Workers will be considered and are encouraged to apply. This role works with a full scope Behavioral Health team in our multi-specialty clinic system. Some role expectations include:

• Diagnose and provide assessments for patients
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy in an individual, group, or family dynamic
• Offer education to patients, families, and support networks
• Provide consultation to other providers about psychotherapy and family therapy
• Makes referrals as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited school.
• Licensed or ability to obtain license in the State of Minnesota
• BLS certification required or obtained within 90 days of start date.

Compensation

Salary range $72,800 - $109,200 at 1.0 FTE status and based on experience, plus bonus eligible.
