QA Specialist 2

Job Summary

The position is part of the Quality Team and will be responsible for process and product improvements, root cause analysis and a primary responsibility to meet our customer expectations. You will be responsible for developing the operating instructions for our formulas and improvements to these. You will work with manufacturing site stakeholders to ensure the site meets its key performance indicators.

• New Product Development
• Analytical Testing
• Formula engineering
• Troubleshooting/investigation and root cause analysis
• Assist with customer complaints
• Rework calculations and instructions
• Recertification and variances
• Creation/edition of specifications and certificate of analysis
• Specification reviews
• Good laboratory practice
