Job Summary:
As an engineering HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and focused HR support to the engineering function, acting as an employee champion and change agent while building talent within the organization. Primary business relationships are with the corporate engineering and software engineering functional teams. In this role, you will rely on data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive people strategies that align with business goals.
What You Will Do:
Partner with engineering leadership to design and execute talent strategies: organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, talent mobility, and retention initiatives.
Contribute to the business strategy by helping functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
Support managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with strategic capabilities and long-range planning.
Support functional leaders on workforce planning and organizational design: provide inputs, map critical roles, recommend talent mobility and succession actions aligned to business needs.
Implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the HR centers of excellence.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on human resources-related matters while ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives
Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading and coaching functional leaders and teams through change; provide expert advice and coaching when appropriate
