Mid-Level or Senior Lean Practitioner (Process Improvement)

The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Lean Practitioner (Level 3 or 4) to support the Process Improvement team in Portland, Oregon.
The Lean Practitioner will act as a Process Improvement Specialist, joining the Process Improvement Team to support problem solving activities and facilitate Lean events to drive improvements.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide trainings related Lean
Develop and execute Lean Plan, maintain program needs to achieve targeted goals
Participate/Lead problem solving activities
Collect and analyze data, drive improvements
Develop and motivate employees and mid-level managers
Develop standard work for internal departmental use
Perform audits and drive change related to Lean and Compliance
Project management, information gathering and reporting
Provides oversight of improvement activities from concept to implementation
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous improvement practices and tools in the workplace
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience with project management
3+ years of experience leading teams through implementing process improvements and standardized processes
3+ years of experience driving organizational change through simplification of processes and frameworks
3+ years of experience communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Lean Six Sigma certification

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $94,500 - $115,500
Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 4): $113,400 - $138,600
