Wireless Program Manager

We are looking for a Wireless Program Manager who will be the main face to represent U1 Wireless in the Pacific Northwest region.

The Program Manager has responsibilities such as managing wireless construction activities of both in-house and subcontractor crews.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise construction operations, including in-house crews, subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective completion of the scope of work;
• Support the company’s construction team with their new site builds, das/small cell, Site development, Civil/Electrical, RF, 4G/5GMod in the region;
• Determine the size of the wireless construction organization to support customer build programs;
• Help grow the company’s wireless construction revenue and profits in the West Region;
• Determine the additional wireless construction responsibilities as required in order to grow the company’s team in the region;

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Wireless Industry knowledge;
• A minimum of 2 years experience of Program Management;
• Experience managing projects such as new site builds, das/small cell, Site development, Civil/Electrical, RF, 4G/5GMods;
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License;
• Ability to travel to different job sites within the region.
