About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible of leading a team of validation engineers for automotive software in the area of power electronics.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Management of a multidisciplinary team of HiL development & validation engineers.
Commissioning and maintenance of the HiL simulators including the hardware, software and advanced FPGA simulation models.
Test automation environment definition and configuration.
Test process definition and team mentoring for common testing techniques approach.
Daily contact with the different project/segment responsible.
Roll-out and monitoring of software validation processes and methods.
Monitoring KPIs concerning validation activities.

Your Skills & Strengths

Degree in electronics/electrical/telecommunications engineering or computer science.
Experience with signal HiL systems, preferably dSPACE SCALEXIO and Vector VTSystem.
Experience with test automation tools, preferably ECU-TEST and vTestStudio.
Experience with ConfigurationDesk, ControlDesk and CANoe.
Experience with automotive communication protocols like CAN, LIN, SPI, automotive Ethernet.
Experience with Python and MATLAB/Simulink.
Knowledge of software development processes like ASPICE, ISO26262 and ISO21434.
Five years or more in mounting and maintaining HiL systems for software validation.
Background in embedded software validation for automotive applications.
Two years or more of experience leading teams of software validation engineers.
High level of English and Spanish.
