Who we need:
The Administrative Assistant position is based in one of our Raleigh, NC offices where you will be responsible for supporting our Raleigh clinical and Contact Center teams. You’ll be an integral team member supporting operations under the leadership of the program director.

What you’ll do:
- Maintain, organize and order general office supplies, including paper, pens, ink/toner, etc., to ensure teams have everything they need to succeed.
- Greet and sign in visitors, guide them to the appropriate location and make them feel at home.
- Coordinate communications with and monitor and follow-up on mail processing tasks as completed by our mail vendor.
- Coordinate communication between colleagues and customers, keep detailed meeting notes.
- Organize schedules and events.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into both internal and external systems.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of internal policies, procedures and services (both departmental and operational).
- Maintain logs and document incoming and outgoing calls and other correspondences.
What you’ll need:
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Medical terminology course(s) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Remain calm and courteous when handling challenging calls or requests; provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Ability to navigate and use electronic equipment and systems easily and proficiently.
- Able to multitask on a personal computer while conducting telephone conversations.
Experience
- Experience with North Carolina Personal Care Services, CAP Waiver programs or PASRR a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience in the healthcare industry required.
- Effective computer/technical skills including, e-mail, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, intranet and industry standard applications required.
