Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, part of the DICOT family, is seeking a Financial Analyst to play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost optimization efforts. This position collaborates with accounting, department leaders, and executive management to ensure financial accuracy, identify performance drivers, and support strategic initiatives.



What You’ll Do:

  •  Financial Planning & Analysis: Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning
     
  • Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
     
  • Cost Optimization: Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
     
  • Month-End Close Support: Collaborate with accounting during the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliation
     
  • Lending & Debt Reporting: Support lending efforts by preparing covenant tracking, compliance reporting, and lender packages
     
  • Data Integrity & Process Improvement: Improve financial data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process efficiency

     

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Knowledge of SQL and strong analytical skills 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills 
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

DICOT serves the Houston area, Dallas/Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, Beaumont, and nearby communities.
