Position Specific Description

The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in advancing digital transformation for NextEra Energy Resources, contributing to strategic initiatives in support of land acquisition and renewable energy project development.

The Senior Business Analyst within NEER Development Digital Solutions is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, testing, data analysis/reporting and other responsibilities to support product development and strategy for the Salesforce Land platform. This role will be part of a product team; collaborate with business units in support of land acquisition and renewable energy project development. This role will be based in Juno Beach, FL and will report to the office Monday-Friday. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive digital solutions and product strategy for Salesforce Land platform.

· Partner with business and technical teams to leverage Salesforce and related technologies.

· Work closely with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and define project objectives.

· Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business needs.

· Mentor and train business teams on effective technology use.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Proficient in Salesforce, Land Management, or related software.

· Skilled in agile methodologies and project management practices.

· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.

· Adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively.

· Bonus: Experience in the energy sector and knowledge of renewable energy project development.

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 4+ years
