Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering regression test plan/scripts and reports on systems and users
- Maintaining and developing test environments to perform code fixes/modifications and to test system changes prior to the deployment to the production environment.
- Coordinating with the cloud vendor on releases, testing, and patches and upgrades as necessary.
- Providing stakeholder communications regarding system changes, testing, and any associated schedules.
- Analyzing and testing application and system interfaces as part of a major or minor release.
- Testing the implementation of new products, applications and services based on approved requirements and architectural guidelines.
- Building and executing test plans (including regression testing and user acceptance testing) to support changes in the environment.
- Providing testing support to the ServiceNow team to ensure requirements are met and delivered to specification.
- Support the development and delivery of Platform and Application Test Plans.
- Conducting sprint planning and define user stories to address findings and recommendations from user training and usability testing, and POA&Ms identified in the ATO process.
- Testing access and ability to access, and review the systems’ environments, source code and other resources to be managed, following obtaining access to the required configuration items.
- Supporting the testing of company developed / sponsored products within a USAID or third-party test environment.
- Supporting the development and delivery of a Contingency Plan Test Report and Incident Response Plan and Test Report.
- Creating and maintaining databases of known test defects.
- Supporting various testing requirements to include system integration testing, security compliance testing, performance/stress testing, infrastructure testing, Section 508 compliance testing, pilot and user acceptance / validation testing.
- Attending daily stand-up meetings with project team and provide detailed analysis when requested.
- Participating in Test and Deployment Readiness Reviews as a member of an Integrated Project Team.

Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
- U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
- Completed BS/BA with 2 – 4 years, or MS with 1 - 9 years, or PhD with 1 – 6 years of experience; four (4) years of direct experience can be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience developing repeatable test procedures, executing test scripts, and documenting results.
- Must be comfortable working with software developers to identify and resolve defects.
- Demonstrated experience using a test automation framework.
- Ability to conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
- Ability to ensure that applications and software modifications meet requirements and operate satisfactorily in the system environment.
- Experience with System Development Life Cycle models (Primarily Agile. Waterfall is possible) required.
- Ability to communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
- Ability to create, manage, and execute complex test scenarios and the ability to map test cases to business requirements and functional designs.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Hold certification from the International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB), or similar certification as a Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) or Certified Test Engineer (CSTE) certification.

Target Salary Range
