The opportunity.

Quantexa’s established Revenue Operations team is on the lookout for a driven, logical, and detail-oriented Business Intelligence / Power BI Developer. Rev Ops at Quantexa strategically integrates our sales, marketing, and customer success departments to provide a comprehensive, end-to-end view of our operations while maintaining each department’s daily processes. Our goal is to eliminate silos and foster seamless collaboration. 

What you’ll be doing.

As a Power BI Developer, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving Quantexa’s growth strategy. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams on various projects, focusing on creating, implementing, and adopting new processes, as well as providing executive reporting and insights. 

 Key responsibilities.

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and build new processes alongside the Sales Operations Analyst. 

• Manipulating, analyzing, and synthesizing data from diverse sources and technologies (ERP, CRM, and CS platforms) to empower our operations department with critical information. 

• Developing and implementing dashboards from data warehouse inputs to final reports using Power BI to supply valuable insights to marketing, sales, and customer success teams. 

Requirements

What you’ll bring.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, commercial or engineering 

• Business Intelligence / Analyst certifications is a plus 
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, particularly using Power BI/Tableau. 

• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake. 

• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail. 

• Experience with ERP, CRM, and CS platforms is a plus. 

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS analytics sector an advantage, but not essential 

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, dependable with deliverables and deadlines, able to multi-task and priorities accordingly 

• Strong Excel skills including reporting and presentation skills to support business requirements 

• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal and written 

• Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams, building meaningful business relationships along the way 

• Familiarity with both enterprise sales environments a plus
