What you’ll be doing:

The Business Technology Consultant role on our implementation team is responsible for a variety of tasks. These include but are not limited to:
• Gathering customer requirements
• Designing voice solutions and maintaining design documentation.
• Create architectural diagrams, contact flows, routing configurations.
• Complete other objectives as needed to enable our Professional Services team. 

What skills you’ll bring:

• Thorough understanding of Scrum or similar Agile frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree, AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred.
• Experience in the management and/or implementation of contact center solutions.
• Experience in requirements elaboration, elicitation and documentation.
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience design IVR and contact center routing.
• Experience in managing quality assurance testing.
• Experience delivering training to end users.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
