The Position:

The Senior Director, Tech Product and Delivery is a critical leadership role within Soleo Health. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this position is responsible for driving the strategic development and delivery of technology initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role combines expertise in product strategy, project management, and value realization to ensure technology projects achieve measurable outcomes that enhance business performance in the healthcare space Responsibilities include:

  • Product Strategy Development: Develop and implement a technology product strategy that aligns with Soleo Health's business objectives. Ensure all initiatives are tied to clear, measurable business outcomes.
  • Value-Based Project Management: Lead a value-driven approach to technology projects, utilizing metrics and baseline analysis to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Implement an iterative, hypothesis-driven project delivery framework.
  • Business Partnership: Establish a business-aligned team structure that fosters strong partnerships with core functions such as Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Shared Services.
  • Delivery Accountability: Oversee end-to-end project accountability, including scope definition, budget management, risk mitigation, and the realization of measurable value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with process improvement and change management teams to align technology initiatives with broader organizational objectives, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable impact.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collaborate with Finance and Operations leaders to establish performance benchmarks and effectively monitor project outcomes. Work in close partnership with the Data leader to harness insights from the data platform and drive informed decisions.
  • Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering value-driven technology solutions. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement robust change management practices to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems. Conduct impact analyses and provide structured rollout plans.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of technology initiatives. Provide regular updates to the executive team on progress and outcomes.

Schedule:

  • Standard business hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, 40 hours per week
  • This role will have the opportunity to be hybrid.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Technology Management) a plus

Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on product strategy and project management
  • Demonstrated experience driving technology initiatives in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes tied to strategic goals

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of technology product strategy and iterative delivery models
  • Proficiency in value realization methodologies and KPI tracking
  • Expertise in project management frameworks (e.g., Lean Agile, Six Sigma)

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Strong advocacy for a value-driven, business-aligned approach to technology

Change Management:

  • Experience developing and implementing structured change management practices
  • Skilled in conducting impact analyses and managing organizational transitions effectively
