What You Will Do:

• Enable data / technology transformation through strategy, planning, program management, process development and improvement
• Align intelligence research topics with national security priorities and emerging technology trends through academic, IC, and industry stakeholder engagement.
• Define, document, and enhance operational effectiveness to deliver technology solutions to mission organizations.
• Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years' of experience in management consulting, program management, or change management
• Experience with organizational or process transformation

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Ability to view problems from multiple angles and apply a variety of solutions to solving them
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technology skills in DoD/IC environment
• Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, other deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Heightened attention to detail, and the ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
