The Opportunity:

As the Key External Experts (KEE) Solutions Associate, you will support Global Strategic Brand Teams in engaging with top-tier healthcare professionals (KEEs). This role involves direct interaction with senior Astellas staff and internationally recognized HCPs, requiring strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

You will ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for KEEs, working closely with Business Leads (Medical and Commercial) and Ethics & Compliance (E&C) colleagues and demonstrating a solid understanding of EFPIA Compliance Regulations. As part of the KEE Solutions Team, you will contribute to delivering comprehensive solutions across Astellas teams, reporting to the Senior Manager, Congress & Events Enablement.

Responsibilities:

* Attend concept meetings with business Leads, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and Congress & Events teams to understand scope and approval processes.
* Provide KEE Solutions guidance and enter engagement details into Veeva Event Management (VEM) for approval.
* Complete KEE contracts and ensure all supporting documentation is properly uploaded to systems such as MyContract and SharePoint.
* Coordinate with Business Operations to raise POs, process KEE invoices, and resolve finance queries promptly.
* Book KEE travel while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the KEE experience and identify opportunities for process efficiencies.
