Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
Senior Days staff members are responsible for the planning, facilitation, and assessment of all Senior Days programs and events under the oversight of the Senior Days Co-Chairs and the Assistant Director of Student Activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and facilitation of Senior Days events.
- Work collaboratively with fellow student staff to plan and facilitate Senior Days events.
- Attend all Senior Days meetings and training.
- Assist with Commencement Weekend programs and events as needed
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
- Prior experience with campus programming, including Senior Days experience or service on the Programming Board is preferred.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Must not be found in violation of any St. Olaf policies.
