🎯 About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll be the on-the-floor leader of our Retail Team — inspiring your team to deliver magical guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence and team development. You’ll also take part in Duty Manager shifts across the attraction, playing a key part in overseeing the day-to-day success of our venue.

Qualifications & Experience

🧩 What You’ll Do

✅ Be a best-in-class example of frontline leadership✅ Lead and motivate your Retail Team to deliver guest-obsessed, top-tier service ✨✅ Support onboarding, training, and development of team members✅ Monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, and retail sales goals 💡✅ Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper merchandising at all times✅ Assist with scheduling, inventory, stock replenishment, and ordering 📦�� Jump into action as Duty Manager when scheduled✅ Champion the Merlin values and create a FUN, positive work culture 🎉✅ Handle guest complaints with professionalism and care✅ Keep your team aligned with policies, updates, and procedures

 

🧠 What You Bring

🎓 High School Diploma or GED required (College Degree preferred)👟 2+ years of experience in retail or guest-facing environments💬 Strong communication and leadership skills🛠️ Hands-on approach and comfort in leading by example🎯 Sales-focused mindset with attention to detail🧾 Familiarity with POS systems and inventory processes🌈 Passion for delivering amazing guest service and building team culture

 

💥 Bonus Points If You…

✔️ Have experience working in attractions or theme park settings✔️ Are comfortable working a flexible schedule — including evenings, weekends, and holidays✔️ Can lift up to 50 lbs and are comfortable on your feet for extended periods
