You will be Help Desk support for the Wisconsin Immunization Registry. Your role in our mission

Analyze this” and help create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes.

• Assists outside entities (Residents, providers, etc.) to reset passwords and troubleshoot other system issues.
• Interacts with the Client and Gainwell Technologies staff to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.
• Troubleshoot user calls and emails.
• Gains an understanding of how the WIR application works. Builds on that knowledge daily.
• Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems.
• Prepares system documentation. Conforms to security and quality standards.
• Meet customer service level agreement of returning phone calls and emails in determined timeframe.
• Will be conducting webinar-based user trainings.

What we're looking for

• Experience: 0 to 2 years with Education level of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.
  Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  JIRA experience is a plus.
• Strong and effective customer service skills, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
• Great phone demeanor and strong customer service skills, must be able to multi-task
• Strong organization, planning, communication, diplomacy, and presentation skills required. Ability to follow through and follow up without supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients

What you should expect in this role

• This is a fast paced environment due to the Covid – 19 pandemic
• Reports to client's office at least 2 day per week in downtown Madison, WI. therefore must reside within commuting distance to the office
• Potential to work fulltime remote with prior approval from most US locations
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
