Senior Safety Training Manager

The Senior Training manger identifies training needs, conducts engaging sessions, and manages the Learning Management System (LMS) to track progress and maintain records. Emphasizing continuous improvement, the role includes budget management, knowledge transfer facilitation, and collaboration with technology providers to ensure cutting-edge training resources are accessible.

Develop a comprehensive training strategy aligned with company objectives and integrating new technologies.

Identify training needs and skill gaps, considering the latest technological advancements.

Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring employees and subcontractors acquire necessary skills.

Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback.

Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track training progress and maintain records.

Manage the training budget and allocate resources for training initiatives, including new technology workshops.

Facilitate knowledge transfer among employees and subcontractors, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Training and Development, EHS or a related field are preferred.

Travel of 25-50% as needed

7+ years of experience in training and development roles, with a focus on safety and technology integration preferred.

Strong understanding of safety and training principles.

Experience in managing Learning Managment Systems (LMS)

Collaboration and partnership building skills

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to technology and safety.
