Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our night shift team in Franklin, TN in the following areas: receiving, picking and pulling, processing, forklift operating, and VAS (Value-Added Services).

Receiving

• Checking in freight, assuring that receiving counts match purchase orders and packing slips documents
• Communicating with the office Inventory Specialists about issues, challenges, and errors in goods ordered and received including returns of mis-shipped or damaged merchandise
• Handling transfers between both our warehouse and our storage facility

Picking and Pulling

• Pull warehouse items from the shelves based on the number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements
• Ensure that products pulled are accurate based on the pick sheet

Processing

• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
• Prepare picked products for secure packaging and shipment

Forklift Operator

• Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets
• Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport
• Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated area

VAS (Value Added Services)

• Preparing merchandise received for sale including sorting and labeling product
• Projects included but not limited to: the assembly of boxes, packaging and re-packaging, and stickering.

Time of Day: 2:30pm - 11:30pm (8-hour shift)

These are full-time positions available, with competitive hourly pay.

Requirements

• Great team player with a positive attitude and willingness to uphold our core values
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment your feet for long hours
• Good knowledge of basic addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
• Demonstrated ability to operate machinery (Forklift Certification preferred)
• Help/assist when needed in unloading containers at our docks and loading outbound trucks both LTL and Ground parcels
