Job Summary

This fast-paced Sales Internship is a 14-week internship program with the potential to continue part-time or turn into a full-time job offer after the internship is over. We are looking for someone who can bring a strong work ethic and a passion for growth and success to their job.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work over the phone to recruit and engage agents to work with and grow their business with Senior Marketing Specialists.

• Learn from working with a close-knit team of mentors within the department.  

Primary Skills & Requirements: 

• Strong Initiative/self-starter

• Work well as a member of a team

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills (Typing, Microsoft office, etc.)

• 12 hours/week minimum, 20+ hours/week preferred during 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday work week

 Pay and Benefits:

• This position has a base pay rate starting at $12.30 per hour as well as uncapped bonus opportunities; with bonuses, you will have the potential to be making over $500/week
