Indirect Lending Intern

The intern will support the various functions within the Indirect Lending department including Underwriting, Loan Processing, Quality Assurance, and Dealer Relations. The Intern will be tasked with understanding each of these functions and the impact each has on the department and the SSFCU enterprise. Additionally, they will be expected to learn the regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to Lending including Reg B, Reg Z, MLA, Fair Lending, Graham-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB) and Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP). They will assist with report updates, data analytics and process improvement. Completes related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values. Qualifications At least two years into college with a finance, accounting, risk, legal, or engineering type degree.
