We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers. </p> <p><strong>This role is not eligible for sponsorship</strong> </p> <p>What You Will Do </p><ul><li>Perform specified engineering tasks in support of capital projects </li><li>Manage projects, and elements of projects, within your assigned focus area and task list </li><li>Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management are primary focal points </li><li>Communicate results of your work process in drawings, writing, and verbal formats </li><li>Manage internal and external resources to execute project plans as needed </li><li>Demonstrate desire to get involved and learn about the task at hand </li></ul><p><span> </span> </p><p>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) </p><ul><li> a minimum of 6-10 years of hands-on project management or mechanical design experience. </li><li>Familiarity with project management concepts, financial analysis, critical path analysis </li><li>Familiarity with process engineering principles, flow diagrams, equipment layout principles </li><li>Ability to work in cold, hot, loud, and dirty environments  </li></ul> <p>What Will Put You Ahead </p><ul><li>Hands-on mechanical background experience </li><li>Experience working in a 24/7 customer-focused production environment </li><li>Working knowledge of construction principles, hydraulics, pneumatics, heat transfer, mechanical systems, electrical, network, and/or control systems. </li><li>Experience in energy efficiency calculation and engineering </li></ul> <br/>  <p><em>For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000 - $105,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.</em> </p> <p><em>At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
