Your Coastal store in Mount Vernon is looking for a Retail Store Manager.

• Ability to read industry and financial reports
• Ability to understand spreadsheets and financial projections
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately complete paperwork
• Basic computer skills
• At least five years of retail management experience is preferred
• Merchandising/displays skills are preferred
• Strong agricultural background a plus
