About the Opportunity

The Runner/Shipping Specialist plays a key role in our shipping department by supporting both the preparation and movement of orders to ensure efficient workflow and accurate shipments. This hybrid role involves serving as a Runner four days per week (with Wednesdays off) and as a Shipping Specialist on Saturdays. As a Runner, responsibilities include organizing outgoing orders and loading them onto the UPS trailer in a timely and orderly manner. On Saturdays, while supporting the shipping team, the role focuses on preparing orders for shipment, generating shipping labels, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized shipping area. Responsibilities include:

Loading outbound packages onto UPS trailer daily while staying organized and maintaining the flow of packages and supplies within the department
Preparing customer products for shipping based on company packaging guideline
Communicating effectively with team members and/or clients regarding shipping details and updates
Creating individual Shipping Labels for customer products
Processing RTS (Return to shipper) FJW and VVIP products using the same verification protocols
Following safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Other various tasks as needed

What We are Looking for

Experience working in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment
Experience working in a production environment
Advanced organization skills
Ability to work standing 95% of the time
Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs
Basic computer skills
Ability to successfully multitask
Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and shipping list
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping processes.
Efficient work habits to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills for handling shipping inquiries and updates.
Experience or willingness to undergo training in the identification of jewelry serial numbers.
Ability to work some nights, weekends, or holidays with advance notice
Prior shipping and order fulfillment in a retail/warehouse environment (Preferred)
Prior shipping and order fulfillment of high end luxury goods (Preferred)
Experience operating Warehouse management systems programs (Preferred)
