<h3>Company Description</h3><p>NielsenIQ’s Early Career Program offers several internship opportunities in Warsaw’s NIQ Operations Center for Western Europe. Warsaw Hub consists of a multidisciplinary team, focused on setting up and delivering products and solutions to key FMCG Clients in Europe. As a part of this team, you will have an exciting opportunity to work closely with diverse clients, enhancing their experience with NIQ’s solutions while ensuring high-quality service delivery.</p><p><strong>Early Career Program</strong></p><p>The program consists of two cycles: a 9-month part-time phase working three days per week, where participants will learn about NIQ solutions and their usage, followed by a 12-month full-time phase. In the second phase, participants will take part in two 6-month assignments, based on their skill set and performance during the first phase. After the program, top performers may be offered a senior position within Warsaw Hub.</p><ul></ul><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Responsibilities and key learnings</strong></p><ul><li>Understand a broad portfolio of NIQ solutions, such as market analysis tools, consumer behavior tracking systems, and data visualization platforms.</li><li>Investigate, validate, and resolve client queries through efficient workflows.</li><li>Perform feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most appropriate solution.</li><li>Work on diverse data challenges, always ensuring a combination of simplicity, scalability, reproducibility, and maintainability.</li><li>Communicate results effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Experience working with large real-world datasets and top FMCG companies in Europe.</li><li>Gain insight into the retail and Consumer Insight business.</li><li>Work as a member of a team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and cultivating effective team relations.</li><li>During the part-time phase, participants will develop foundational knowledge of NIQ solutions and client interaction skills. Upon successful completion of the 9-month part-time phase, participants will transition to the full-time phase, where they will engage in two 6-month assignments tailored to their skills and performance. The full-time phase will provide hands-on experience with data analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Required Education, Skills and Experience </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Bachelor degree, which can be pursued concurrently with a Masters program if it allows for 3-days a week employment and transition to full-time after the first cycle.</li><li>Fluent level of English; Polish is not mandatory.</li><li>Fluent level of German</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric mindset.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and manage multiple projects effectively.</li><li>Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Convenient Schedule - 3 days a week of your choice in the office during the first cycle and a hybrid model (combining remote and in-office work) during full-time employment.
