RESUMES MUST BE TWO PAGES (OR LESS). QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Minimum qualifications: 1. Work experience managing the full range of contract management functions which includes but is not limited to duties such as managing complex, multi-million-dollar procurements requiring source selection procedures. 2. Demonstrated extensive knowledge of procurement regulations, contract laws, acquisition planning; Government and commercial procurement practices, contract policies and procedures; and knowledge and skill in negotiation techniques. 3. Proven leadership and customer service abilities, and the ability to meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment 4. Demonstrated ability to obtain Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) II/III in contracting or other applicable professional certification. 5. Excellent organizational skills. 6. Highly skilled in written and verbal communications; especially presentation skills. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, contracting writing system and other related software. Highly qualifications: 1. Documented experience preparing complex request for proposals for supplies and services? That experience should include providing assistance with the preparation/finalization of Acquisition Plans and Performance Work Statements as well as formulating acquisition strategies that meet customer's business objectives while remaining within contracting processes. 2. Multi-Million Dollar Warrant holder. 3. Minimum of 5 years work experience directly relating to contracting for requirements over the simplified acquisition threshold (over $250K) utilizing formal source selection procedures. 4. A bachelor's or a Master's degree and CPCM, DAWIA II/III in contracting or other applicable professional certification. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks.
