Job Description

The Project Management Assistant I supports the Client Services staff in servicing clients to meet the Client Service Organization mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project set-up

  • Creates bottle orders
  • Receive and log client samples using proper procedure
  • Confirms non-Eurofins Environment Testing America subcontract labs are on the approved list and set up as vendors for existing work
  • Generates accounting software requisition when sending subcontract samples

Sample Receipt

  • Reviews log-in
  • Generates subcontract paperwork
  • Assign analysis groups/methods to logged samples
  • Sends client sample receipt confirmation
  • Review and send media/shipping invoices
  • Confirms that any client needed information (purchase order, project number, etc.) is recorded in LIMS for invoicing

Reporting

  • Creates and issues final report and other associated deliverables by client due date
  • Data upload
  • Compiles case narrative

Invoicing

  • Reviews final invoice before issuing to client
  • Generates credit/debit memos as needed
  • Submits credit/debit memos for approval
  • Submits approved credit/debit memos to client, if needed
  • Submits revised invoices

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED

Experience:

  • 1-3 years client-relationship/client services experience required
  • Prefer bench chemist experience (Industrial Hygiene experience is a plus)

Additional Information

Requirements:

  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English

Position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:3
