We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in managing communication strategies for our clients. This role involves helping to execute media outreach, preparing materials for press releases, and assisting with public relations campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in media relations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing PR campaigns.
• Draft and proofread press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
• Coordinate media outreach and maintain media contact lists.
• Support the team in organizing events, interviews, and press conferences.
• Monitor media coverage and track public relations metrics.
• Help maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Provide administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling and correspondence.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in public relations, media, or communications is a plus, but not required.
