Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Runs all business operations and sets and tracks goals across teams
- Lead all business-related aspects of operations, including hiring new employees, managing budgets, and general business functions
- Respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments within established deadlines, and proactively alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues
- Principal point of contact for AAS Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables, programmatic issues, and concerns
- Oversee onboarding, budget management, and general day-to-day business operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field or 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree
- 9+ years of relevant Business Manager experience.
- Proven experience in budget management, human resources, general business functions, and Government contracting.
- The ability to lead teams, set and track goals, onboard new employees, and perform day-to-day business functions.
- Ability to respond to Government inquiries, address contractual and programmatic issues, and manage deliverables. Experience in hiring, supervising, and mentoring project teams and subordinate staff members.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience on AAS/FEDSIM Programs.
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Project Management, or related field.
- Experience with specific industry, domain related to the contract, and Government agency regulations and processes.
- Experience implementing process improvements and using data analytics to drive business decisions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Government Contracting Manager (CGCM). Certification, experience, training with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management; ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management; and ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management.
- Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
