As a member of our world-class People Analytics team, the Associate Director, Insight Partner has the opportunity to convert global data into answers at scale. You’ll contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects that not only advance our company’s mission but also challenge your abilities and grow your skills in an innovative science company. You’ll get to work alongside a strong team to design approaches for efficiently connecting data, apply diverse methods to uncover hidden patterns, and share data-driven narratives with a wide variety of audiences, including leaders, HR business partners, even the public.
