About Walmart Customer Data & Identity (CDI):
The Customer Data & Identity organization is enabling Walmart to better understand who the Walmart customer is. At the same time, we are ensuring streamlined processes, security, scalability, regulatory compliance and best in class customer experience. The customer is at the heart of all we do at Walmart. The Customer Digital Identity team will amplify customer centricity by deepening the company’s understanding of customers and their preferences. When we do that, we can serve them when and how they need.
The team collaborates with product, engineering, and business teams, such as eCommerce, Marketing, and multiple teams in Walmart’s revenue organization such as Walmart +, Data Ventures, and Walmart Connect, to create a holistic and consistent digital view of customers’ relationship with Walmart. The team is also responsible for driving the enterprise strategy around customer data and identity capture and developing a unified strategy around customer identity.
Team is looking for a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics who can use complex data to help our leaders and cross-functional teams make informed decisions, measure success, and drive the business. You will be responsible for building out a holistic view of performance as well as a detailed analytics roadmap by leveraging best in class analytics tools. This is a highly visible role as you will be partnering with senior leaders on business and product teams to define and measure the success of CDI identity capture initiatives.
Key Focus Areas:
Identity Capture & Verification: Establishing an experimentation capability that helps optimize the Omni identity experiences being built by the front-end team, aimed at collecting customer’s identity and increase GMV traceability.
Developing analytical framework to assess the identity experiences being launched which will inform strategic insights and guide future experimental design. Proposing and defining KPIs to measure the impact of product features/experiences being launched across stores.
Business Partnerships: Consulting with product/tech/data science teams to help build an effective customer data platform aimed at data value creation.
Partnering closely with tech teams to enable effective instrumentation of new data attributes required for tracking and measuring experiments. Identify data collection opportunities to better understand the customer/associate experience.

Analytics and Reporting: Leading efforts to evaluate and optimize experiments and strategies across stores, by creating visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards.
·Consulting and Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with senior leadership and business partners to understand goals, decipher challenges, and develop success criteria.
Digital Identity Initiatives: Driving adoption of Digital Identity initiatives in store environments, focusing on improving customer experiences and monetization.
Project Management and Culture: Fostering a high-performance culture, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
·Data-Driven Insights: Drive, build, and develop advanced analytics capabilities by integrating disparate data sources and leveraging analytics best practices, that will unearth insights and enable users to make better business decisions influencing business and product strategy.
Communication and Visualization: Sharing actionable insights through clear data visualization and compelling narratives to various stakeholders.
